Delivery Time

Delivery time:

1. Delivery times depend on the type of the box / bag and order quantity you are placing.

2. For bespoke orders or complex print orders, the average delivery turnaround ranges from 3 to 5 weeks from artwork approval. Normally 1 x 40HQ need 20 - 30 days and 1 x 20GP need 15 -20 days.

3. However, as factory advantage, we try to be as flexible as possible and can normally work within your deadlines so you can receive your boxes / bags by the dates you need.

Quantity delivered:

1. All orders are subject to a degree of tolerance at the manufacturing stage. This means that your order could be slightly over or under. We only invoice you for the exact quantity of boxes / bags that have been delivered.

2. The quantity tolerance is + / - 10% of the order quantity. For instance, if you order 5,000pcs boxes / bags, the total number of boxes / bags delivered will be between 4,600pcs and 5,500pcs.

All boxes / bags above the ordered quantity will be charged. We only invoice for the exact number of boxes / bags that are delivered. This means that you may have a reduced invoice cost or will need to pay for the additional boxes / bags received. This is an industry wide regulation over which we have no control.
